Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced healthcare industry, focusing on helping families urgently needing care to find the right community or in-home care agency post-discharge.
- Achieve monthly targets by generating daily qualified patient referrals from assigned market plan accounts.
- Develop, own, and expand your book of accounts to increase referral volume in the territory assigned.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within each account through effective networking, cold calling, and service presentations, coupled with diligent follow-ups on discharge outcomes to emphasize the company's value.
- Empower families with knowledge on viable care options, demonstrating how collaboration with a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor can aid in finding the most suitable senior living solutions.
- Work synergistically with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet or exceed set targets for assisting families in moving into a community or hiring in-home care services.
- Pilot and provide critical feedback on new initiatives, such as account scoring and CRM enhancements, as part of continuous improvement efforts within the assigned territory.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least three years of outside sales experience in an individual contributor role.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a collaborative team environment.
- Experienced in delivering effective presentations and overcoming objections during sales pitches.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and proficiency in using CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce expertise.
- Ability to travel locally within the territory extensively (5 days a week).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is highly preferred.
- A keen ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and to undertake multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Eagerness to learn, grow professionally, and possess a competitive nature aimed at achieving sales targets.
