Summary:

The Regional Business Development Executive - Accident Reconstruction is responsible for expanding the accident reconstruction, biomechanics, forensic animations, and traffic engineering service lines by generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supports and leads the growth of the accident reconstruction and biomechanics service lines by driving new business opportunities as well as maintaining and building upon already established client relationships.
  • Prioritizes client development to support current western accident reconstruction team as well as target regional markets identified in partnership with key stakeholders to develop a strong pipeline of work for YA's experts.
  • Works to improve current relationships with current clients including but not limited to California defense law firms, trucking industry clients and insurance carriers.
  • Plans, schedules and attends conference, events and other activities on a regular basis to maintain and build YA's brand and relationships with current and new clients.
  • Partners with key leaders to grow the accident reconstruction and biomechanics service line.
  • Ensures a strong understanding of all YA service lines to promote cross sell opportunities to clients where possible.
  • Coordinates and arranges continuing education courses and speaking engagements for expert staff at conferences, lunch and learns and more.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Experience in the accident reconstruction industry required.
  • Must be located in California.


Travel Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to commute and/or travel to various locations in California and other target locations within the region identified in partnership with leadership on a regular basis.


The pay range for this role is:

92,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote (Los Angeles, California, US))
