The Assistant Director ensures compliance with HR policies and processes, supports employee relations activities, and assists in the coordination of employee events and training programs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records, providing guidance on HR-related matters, and working closely with management to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualified candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement/relations, performance management, compliance and administration
- Experience working with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and business intelligence/report writing tools
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within HR is preferred.
