Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities within your designated territory to drive lead generations and patient referrals.
- Meet monthly quotas by facilitating a smooth transition for families choosing senior care options, with the support of Healthcare Senior Living Advisors.
- Develop and expand your book of accounts by establishing new connections through networking, cold calls, and onsite presentations.
- Maintain relationships with referral sources by providing consistent follow-ups to ensure awareness of the outcome and satisfaction.
- Educate families on available care options and the processes involved in transitioning to arranged care services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure targets and family satisfaction goals are consistently met.
- Embrace and pilot new initiatives within your territory to improve efficiency and effectiveness in meeting sales and service goals.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- Minimum of three years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
- A strong track record of surpassing sales quotas and objectives.
- Experience in presenting to and engaging with a variety of stakeholders including case managers, medical professionals, and senior executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software, with a preference for Salesforce experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare or hospital sales is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement new processes and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and outcomes.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution of market penetration and account growth.
- Adept at handling multiple priorities in a high-paced and dynamic environment.
