Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage actively with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities within your region, representing the company to promote our senior care options.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas by generating high-quality patient referrals from healthcare providers in your designated market.
- Own the account management lifecycle, from acquisition to cultivation of your accounts, expanding referral volume strategically.
- Create and enhance relationships through networking, cold calls, and presentations, and provide clear and effective follow-ups.
- Educate and advise families on the various senior living options, facilitating their decision-making process post-discharge.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet specified monthly family move-in or home care service commencement targets.
- Test and provide feedback on new initiatives such as account scoring systems, CRM updates, or process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background, strongly preferred.
- Minimum three years of proven outside sales experience, directly contributing to team efforts and achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in healthcare or hospital sales, with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Must have the willingness and ability to travel locally extensively (5 days a week).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Health Care Management.
- Prior experience in senior living, elder care, or related field.
- A history of successful project management involving cross-functional teams.
- Advanced training or certification in sales strategy or account management.
- Strong analytical skills related to market analysis and sales forecasting.
