Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will drive our strategic growth by providing overall project direction and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assessing project scope, preparing estimates, supervising construction efforts, coordinating onsite functions, managing craft employees, providing technical assistance, and maintaining project files. You will also handle administrative tasks, ensure project profitability, and prepare closeout documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to facilitate project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Manage communication between team members and stakeholders to keep everyone informed of project status and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project life cycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications
  • Four-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
  • Proven experience in construction project management, especially in commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
