Job Title - Guidewire Functional Analyst

Experience Range - 8+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
Hands-on experience with at least one Guidewire product (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
Strong understanding of P&C insurance business processes - Mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities
Work with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Guidewire modules.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Conduct gap analysis and assist in solution design.
Adept in techno functional roles in handling business requirements
Support functional testing, UAT, and production rollout.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
Participate in workshops, design sessions, and process improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand insurance business needs and objectives.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.

Salary Range - $100000 to $130000 a year
