THE IMPACT
The Senior Marketing Program Manager, part of the Corporate Events team, is responsible for developing and executing the strategy and programs that drive standardization of event frameworks across Field Marketing. This role acts as the critical bridge between Corporate Events and Field Marketing, ensuring alignment, consistency, and executional excellence across all regions. The ideal candidate will bring structure and scalability to event planning and reporting, enabling Field Marketing teams with the tools, processes, and best practices needed to deliver high-impact events. In addition, this role plays a hands-on programmatic role in supporting Tier 1 events owned by the Corporate Events team, from planning through execution.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Serve as the key liaison between Corporate Events and Field Marketing to ensure alignment and executional success across global and regional events.
- Lead the strategy and project management of initiatives that establish a standardized event framework for Field Marketing, balancing global consistency with regional flexibility.
- Own and evolve the Events Hub, a central resource for scalable, repeatable event processes, templates, and tools.
- Drive pre-, during-, and post-event coordination, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear ownership between Corporate Events and Field Marketing.
- Lead weekly executive-level reporting on event performance, including registration, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
- Oversee the Speaker Bureau process and ensure consistency in speaker content, templates, and approval workflows.
- Optimize visibility into the global event landscape through tools like the Key Event Tracker (or new platforms), enabling accurate planning and reporting.
- Enable Field Marketing with structured onboarding, education, and resources to drive consistent event execution.
- Support key elements of Tier 1 event execution, including expo management, session production, and speaker engagement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Experience in event program management, marketing operations, or field marketing with a focus on large-scale event execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting on event performance, pipeline impact, and revenue tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to project manage and establish effective working relationships with a diverse group of business partners, supervisors and peers and senior executives.
- Proven ability to develop scalable frameworks that align regional flexibility with global consistency.
- Extremely organized and pro-active to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in delivering executive-level reports and briefings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
- Robust problem-solving skills and creative thinking to overcome challenges.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
