Are you a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant looking to make a real difference in women's health? We're seeking a dedicated PA to join our expanding Urogynecology team in a dynamic outpatient clinical setting.
In this collaborative role, you'll work alongside highly skilled physicians and a supportive care team to provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and management of a broad range of Urogynecologic conditions.

Position Experience Required
Prefer 1-2 years of experience in urogynecology, gynecology, urology, or women's health
Position Qualifications (details here or list below)
-Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
-Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
-Active and unrestricted PA license in NJ
-DEA & NJ Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) license

Position Responsibilities
Includes but is not limited to
- Conduct comprehensive histories and physical examinations focused on urogynecologic complaints.
- Diagnose and manage conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, and pelvic pain.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests including urodynamic studies, urinalysis, pelvic floor imaging, and others as appropriate.
- Perform in-office procedures such as urodynamic testing, pessary fittings, bladder instillations, and catheter management.
- First assist in the operating room may be required
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide pre- and post-operative education and care coordination for surgical patients.
- Educate patients on pelvic floor health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
