Your leadership will be key in delivering impactful results in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.SR. TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project Leadership & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Initiate and manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive communication plans and project documentation. Define project objectives, scope, and milestones.
  • Allocate resources and manage cross-functional project teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans with task owners, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate work breakdown structures and update project schedules based on actuals and forecasts.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding escalations, updates, and resolution of issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Host and facilitate project meetings to keep teams informed and aligned, including regular stakeholder reviews to assess progress, identify challenges, and ensure ongoing alignment with project goals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partners across internal and external teams, including leasing, engineering, and construction, to ensure alignment and integrated execution
  • Coordinate efforts across business and technology stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify project risks and use proven PM methods to assess and mitigate them.
  • Track potential delays or contingencies and resolve issues collaboratively across teams.
  • Evaluate changes and forecast their impact on project schedules and deliverables.
  • Project Documentation & Compliance
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, work breakdown structures, and tracking tools.
  • Manage and update internal and external project databases through the entire lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Metrics
  • Monitor and report project progress against baseline timelines.
  • Communicate status updates, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and synthesize project information for leadership and team members alike.
SR. TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Directly supervises Field Service Technicians and Contractors employees within the Operations department.
  • Leads internal and external field teams in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and participating in installation activities; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

SR. TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: 5 + years in project or program management within the wireless industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel (expert level), Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with structured cabling, DAS, fiber topologies, radio frequencies, and wireless tech.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging at all organizational levels.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of general accounting principles including but not limited to budgeting, invoicing, POs, and accounts payable.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop actionable solutions.
