What we need:

The Manager Solutions is a first-level manager that is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a Solutions team that is responsible for developing schedules and coordinating all necessary resources to ensure timely delivery of requests, orders, and customer satisfaction. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services and effective problem-solving.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain production and delivery schedules to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate resources including materials, labor, and transportation to optimize the supply chain and prevent delays.
• Monitor and adjust schedules in response to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or production issues, ensuring continuous alignment with customer requirements.
• Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively across all phases of the supply chain.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding delivery expectations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.

• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.

• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.
