We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient Senior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This individual will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of our critical enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. The role requires managing a multi-site Windows environment with an emphasis on security, performance tuning, and recovery processes. Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support for workstation, server, and network hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Upgrades existing systems hardware and software to ensure continuity and system efficiency.
• Addresses and resolves reported hardware and/or software problems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Performs technical tasks relevant to assigned duties, ensuring all systems function correctly.
• Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications to improve performance.
• Maintains and monitors the security, availability, and performance of computers, servers, storage, and applications.
• On-call support on a 24x7 basis, including holidays and weekends.
• Coordinates and leads multiple projects, delivering on tight deadlines.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in information technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Servers, VMware, Horizon, Microsoft 365, and Cloud services.
• Experience in managing complex IT infrastructure in a 24x7x365 environment.
• Ability to provide after-hours support and willing to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years working experience in information technology or related field.
• Proven track record managing complex IT infrastructures, preferably in healthcare environments.
• Certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco networking, EMC storage, or similar industry recognized certifications.
• Effective project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

• Proficient in VMware Virtual Server Environment and Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Storage solutions such as SAN/NAS/FC/ISCSI.
• Familiarity with Compute solutions including Cisco UCS, HCI, and Cloud computing.
• Experience with application delivery systems such as VMware Horizon and Zero clients.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organization.
