  • Continuously evolve offensive tradecraft and contribute to in-house tooling and capability development.
  • Build strong relationships with Cloud Engineering, Cloud Security, Threat Detection, Incident Response, and AI/ML teams to turn findings into measurable improvements.
  • Effectively liaise and communicate with the cloud operations group, internal customers, security operations center, key business stakeholders and management regarding information security incident events and trends.

Must Haves

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, or Ruby, with the ability to build or adapt offensive tools and automation.
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures including containers (Docker), microservices, and serverless.
  • Familiarity with orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes) and associated security implications.
  • Solid understanding of network protocols, identity and access management, and common misconfigurations in cloud environments.
  • Experience working in or supporting Red or Purple Team operations in enterprise settings.
  • A background in PaaS/SaaS environment practices, including: maintaining SLAs, load-balancing, high availability, operating system patching, networking, and security management/patching
  • Strong technical understanding in a variety of hardware and software platforms (Linux & Windows)

Nice-to-Have
  • Offensive security certifications (e.g., OSCP, CRTO, GXPN) or cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure Security Specialties).
  • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, threat emulation frameworks (Caldera, Atomic Red Team), and purple teaming methodologies.
  • Experience conducting cloud-focused penetration tests or threat simulation in regulated or complex production environments.
  • Ability to reverse-engineer threats or emulate TTPs observed from threat intelligence reports.
  • A passion for continuous learning, mentorship, and contributing to a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to analyze complex security and vulnerability events.
  • Above average performance. You are competitive and passionate. You thrive on challenge and have a proven ability to set ambitious but achievable goals and surpass them
