The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead Enterprise Culture and Engagement. This leader will be vital in steering and executing the organization's cultural transformation and enterprise engagement initiatives. The position is available in multiple locations, including Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA; Mesa, AZ; Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; or Auburn, WA.

In this role, the leader will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies that create an environment reflecting our updated values and behaviors, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, feels supported, and takes pride in working at Boeing. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of organizational behavior and change management, along with a successful track record in program management and employee engagement practices. They will also demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Employee Listening and others to execute comprehensive assessments of the current organizational culture through surveys, focus groups, and interviews
  • Analyze data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for cultural improvement
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for culture transformation that aligns with the Global Talent, Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) vision and goals
  • Lead strategic design and implementation programs that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Collaborate with leadership to create initiatives that recognize and reward employee contributions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as necessary
  • Lead change management efforts related to culture transformation, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop training and support materials to assist leaders and employees in navigating cultural changes
  • Partner within GTD&EE organization to cultivate a culture of accountability to our values and behaviors
  • Partner with corporate communications to promote cultural initiatives and engage employees at all levels
  • Act as a culture ambassador, representing the organization's values in all communications and interactions
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of culture and engagement initiatives
  • Report on progress to senior leadership and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Utilize data analytics to track trends and inform decision-making related to culture and engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of culture initiatives with overall business strategies
  • Engage with external partners and industry experts to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in organizational culture and employee engagement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of experience in large scale transformation and/or an employee engagement role
  • 3+ years of leading direct reports
  • Experience leading change initiatives in a large organization
  • Experience developing and implementing long-term strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or related fields
  • Experience using strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights

Summary pay range: $157,250 - $227,700
