Overview

The Senior Manager, Groupe Tech Relations sits in the Groupe Growth team (dedicated to Publicis top clients, client team, and Epsilon reporting into Groupe Tech Relations Team Lead) and works very closely with the Groupe Client Delivery Leads, serving as the client-embedded Groupe resource for data and tech delivery to client stakeholders. The role works closely with existing Epsilon delivery teams and Groupe Media Solutions, connecting them to Media Client teams and disciplines while representing technology capabilities and overseeing execution against the value promise of Epsilon PeopleCloud, Groupe OS, and other data tech engagement capabilities.

The successful candidate brings 5+ years of direct experience in agency, tech, and ad tech environments and is proficient in data analytics, deployment, and digital activation and sees activation where value is created for clients and the Groupe. Agency background, PeopleCloud and Epsilon expertise is an integral component of a candidate's experience as well as the ability to lead a team of relationship managers dedicated to Groupe agencies.

Success Criteria for Team Leadership & Assigned Agency - First 12 months
  • Leads Pod support structure and way of working development with support from Groupe Tech Relations team lead and Pod lead; solidifying relationships with assigned agency and tech resources.
  • Supports the Groupe Tech Solutions agency engagement model across team roles & responsibilities and the methods through which agency, Epsilon, and client stakeholders work together.
  • Advances the client in their data maturity, implementing data, technology, and automation solutions to better drive predictable ROI.
  • Identifies demonstrable areas of improvement for client EPC and media activation infrastructure.
  • Connects with all key stakeholders at Groupe and client to increase maturity and share learnings.
  • Implements the necessary EPC and Groupe tools and technology for advanced analytics.


Responsibilities

  • Develops strong relationships with key agency & client stakeholders, guiding the delivery teams' way of working towards the success of deliverables related to EPC and data analytics scope and agenda.
  • Serve as relationship manager dedicated to agency models and support the Groupe Tech Relations Team Lead and SVP Groupe Tech Solutions leaders embedded with each agency with growing EPC adoption.
  • Assists the creation of and execution against effective and realistic Epsilon data-based Use Cases that can be proactively presented to client stakeholders, designed to add short- and medium-term value, including use cases that may not be completely reliant on the client for success.
  • Guide ways of working to successful execution against the client's ROAS framework and measurement effort.
  • Anticipates and initiates delivery optimization discussions with stakeholders at any point during the year.
  • Integrates Groupe delivered data and technology platforms into both the client and agency planning and buying workstreams as well as incorporates those platforms into the client-agency creative process.
  • Contributes to team plans and goals, effectively supporting all Power-of-One data and tech initiatives across teams including Agency Media, Epsilon Digital, and client media teams.
  • Contributes to (and where appropriate leads) QBRs, workshops, Town Halls, bringing a clear and consistent view to leadership of what is working and where improvements can be realized.
  • Contributes to (and where appropriate leads) pitch support endeavors and new business content creation.
  • Develops strategies for existing clients (ex. QBRs) and new clients (ex. AOR Pitch)
  • Designs and supports ever-increasingly advanced audience targeting and segmentation methods using more advanced techniques leveraged from Groupe offered data and platform solutions.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years deploying data, tech, and media deployment solutions such as digital advertising cleanrooms, DSP & social activation platforms, and reporting tools like Tableau.
  • Strong relationship and project management skills, as well as in-depth experience with media agency teams.
  • Excellent communication skills - confident, articulate, and able to write clearly, speak professionally, and translate complex concepts and initiatives to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Driven to deliver innovative data, tech, and media solutions with demonstrable business impact.
  • Collaborative leadership style, comfortable in a matrixed organization structure.
  • Innovative problem solver, client services bias, and a great team player.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain vital relationships across the agency and across the client organization.

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
