Paid Media Strategy Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies for RealSelf's brand, and services across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, etc.).
- Work with ad managers at each platform to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Campaign Management & Optimization Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI, conversion goals, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to meet KPIs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign objectives are being met and adjust strategies as needed.
- Test new audience segments, ad creatives, and campaign formats to improve performance.
Budget Management & Reporting Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee paid media budget for each campaign and manage spend across channels to ensure effective allocation and maximize results.
- Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to senior leadership, highlighting key insights, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Work with the finance team to track and optimize ad spend relative to revenue growth and profitability.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the content, SEO, design, and product teams to create cohesive marketing initiatives and ensure alignment across channels.
- Work closely with the data and analytics team to develop attribution models, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies.
Innovation & Testing Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in paid media, new advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to test new approaches and improve overall campaign performance.
- Regularly assess emerging paid media opportunities to ensure RealSelf is staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
- You are located in New York City.
- You have a Bachelor's degree.
- You are comfortable coming into the RealSelf downtown Manhattan office 2-3 days a week.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management or consulting.
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI, with experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track and analyze performance.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of SEM, paid social, display advertising, and paid search strategy.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies is a plus.
