You're not just driving sales - you'll be shaping our foodservice future. As our Food Service Sales Director, you'll own the growth strategy, energize the team, and expand our impact across the Northwest.
Your Impact:
- Develop Strategy - Create and execute growth strategies that fuel both new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Lead & Inspire - Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of sales reps, helping them turn goals into reality and customers into lifelong fans.
- Build Relationships - Work directly with key foodservice clients, brokers, and partners to align sales with service - and deliver on what we promise.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with procurement, operations, marketing, and customer success to ensure our solutions exceed expectations.
- Spot the Trends: Stay on top of market shifts, pricing dynamics, and competitor moves so we're always ahead of the game.
- Drive Results - Own the numbers - set forecasts, track performance, and celebrate when the scoreboard lights up.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Foodservice Fluency: 5+ years in foodservice sales, with leadership experience and a strong network of industry contacts.
- Industry Know-How: You've built territories, grown teams, and crushed sales goals before - and you're ready to do it again.
- Team Leader Energy: Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire sales teams toward big results.
- Relationship Wizardry: Whether it's a first meeting or a ten-year partnership, you know how to make it count.
- Data-Savvy & CRM Confident: You can read a P&L, navigate a CRM (hello, HubSpot), and spot trends before they hit the mainstream.
