About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support our client's IT Data Engineering Team in the design, development, and implementation of a Data Integration Hub. This is a high-impact, on-site opportunity located in Austin, TX where you'll work with a skilled Agile team to deliver key business intelligence solutions.
This role requires a senior-level analyst with strong technical leadership, deep ETL/SQL expertise, and proficiency in technologies such as Informatica, Oracle, Snowflake, and MuleSoft, among others.

Responsibilities Include:
- Leading agile development teams in planning, design, and implementation of a data integration hub
- Creating and maintaining complex SQL scripts, views, and materialized views in Oracle
- Automating ETL workflows using Informatica Power Center/IICS
- Collaborating on data modeling and design strategies
- Supporting performance metrics validation, deployment, and integration testing
- Participating in sprint ceremonies and agile documentation
- Producing technical documentation and visual diagrams
- Working closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders
- Troubleshooting and optimizing data acquisition and integration workflows
- Ensuring adherence to security protocols, particularly in handling PII/PHI data
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with:
- ETL tools: Informatica Power Center/IICS
- Complex Oracle/Snowflake SQL scripting
- Acquiring data from sources like Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF
- Data analysis, technical writing, and system documentation (Visio, Erwin, MS Office)
- Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Agile team participation and use of JIRA
- MuleSoft Development & SAS Viya Administration
- Software platform design and delivery across org units
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to write clean, testable, efficient code using best practices
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Experience with healthcare data and security standards
- Familiarity with BI tools, REST/SOAP web services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- Previous experience with HHS or healthcare data systems
