About the Role

The Digital Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements and processes, and translating them into functional specifications for IT systems. They work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including business units, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure that the IT systems meet the needs of the organization.

Your Team

This position reports into the Director, Lifestyle SD Applications. This role needs to interact and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.

What You Will Do
  • Analyze business requirements and processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Document business requirements and functional specifications, including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models
  • Work with business and Digital to translate business requirements into functional specifications for T system design, including software applications, databases, and interfaces
  • Work closely with Digital development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet functional requirements and are free of defects
  • Work with business team to develop and deliver user training and support for system changes, including user manuals and documentation
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis and IT systems


What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT business analysis, preferably in a large organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and management tools, such as JIRA or SharePoint
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


What is Nice to Have
  • Experience with various current/future technologies including SAP, Salesforce, among other SaaS/PaaS Solutions.


What Makes You Eligible
  • Be willing to travel up to 10% domestic and international travel
  • Be willing to work in an office and/or hybrid remote, with occasional trips into the office required (this could be on 24-hour notice)
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment

Salary Ranges:

$ 82,500 - $ 121,000
