Position Summary
The FP&A Manager will lead the financial planning and analysis efforts for the CSNTI business. This critical role involves managing weekly financial forecast reviews, developing monthly bookings, revenue, operating income, and cash projections for executive leadership presentations. The FP&A Manager will work cross-functionally with program management, supply chain, and accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial inputs and tracking.

Position Summary

Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the financial planning and analysis activities for the CSNTI business unit.
- Develop and manage detailed financial models and forecasts.
- Prepare and present weekly financial forecast reviews to senior leadership.
- Develop monthly bookings, revenue, operating income, and cash projections.
- Reporting & Presentations:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership.
- Present financial performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with program management, supply chain, and accounting teams to gather necessary financial data.
- Ensure all financial inputs are accurately received and tracked.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial planning tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across various functions and levels within an organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Proficiency with Costpoint, Onestream, and Salesforce a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a similar industry.
