The Sr. Business Relationship Manager - CX will be a pivotal role in driving our organization's digital transformation initiatives across sales, service, marketing, and pricing projects. This individual will report directly to the Director, Business Relationship Management and will collaborate closely with functional leaders to ensure the successful deployment and integration of digital tools and processes.

This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CX business unit leaders to understand their digital needs and challenges.
  • Assist in the formulation of the digital strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall business goals.
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of digital projects, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered on time.
  • Manage the project intake process, evaluating new proposals and guiding them from conception to implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between the digital team and other departments, fostering a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new digital tools and processes, providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved, while maintaining alignment with the digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement digital strategies that align with business goals.
  • Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Act as the primary liaison between digital teams and functional leaders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality, governance, and analytics capabilities.
  • Manage the deployment of digital tools and platforms, ensuring they meet organizational needs and standards.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new digital processes and tools across the organization.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects.
  • Provide training and support to staff on new digital tools and processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.


Qualifications

  • An innovative solution-first spirit and an ability to think creatively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is
  • 10+ years experience in digital project management Sales, Service and Marketing transformation
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and how they can be applied to enhance business processes.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, project management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in facilitating organizational change and driving the adoption of new digital processes and tools.
  • Experience in digital tools implementation.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, data analytics, and project management software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about building and owning innovative, customer facing services/products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess digital initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HVAC / Water Heating industry experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Suite Certifications - Specifically Microsoft Dynamics
  • Senior Leadership Experience in Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Digital Transformation
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), or certifications in data management and analytics can be advantageous.
