Role Overview:

As an Engagement Manager at Capgemini, you will be responsible for managing a large-scale engagement with a high-tech client. Your role will encompass delivery management across multiple countries, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met. You will be pivotal in meeting delivery commitments on time and to the satisfaction of the client for both operations and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery Management: Oversee and ensure successful delivery of services across operations and transformation teams in multiple countries to meet SLA and KPI requirements. Including:
  • Oversight of delivery progress reporting and updates as defined and with sponsorship from key stakeholders.
  • Project financial health and reporting, including monthly invoicing reporting and resource/headcount tracking processes.
  • Client Reviews: Develop and lead recurring QBR/ABR meetings for all contracts, ensuring clients understand the value of the outcomes provided by sales operations services provided.
  • Change Management: Manage the team through changes occurring as transformation projects are deployed into production.
  • People Management: In working with service leads across countries foster a positive, collaborative and productive work environment across the groups.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with client stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, providing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness for delivery growth.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and speak the client's language for seamless communication.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in engagement management, preferably within a high-tech sector.
  • Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and delivery management across multiple countries.
  • Proven management skills, with the ability to guide teams through transformation.
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with a focus on team development and morale.
  • Ability to work with senior client stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Location:

The role is based on Redmond, Washington with the expectation over being able to flex time to support connecting with other time zones. Predominately for crossing with time zones in the earlier part of the morning in the Pacific time zone.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 140000 - 145000 per annum. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
