The Senior Director of Strategic Sales will be responsible for leadership and direction within the strategic sales department. The right candidate will be accountable for overall and digital revenue performance within the strategic division as well as be responsible for setting and executive sales strategy within the team. Possessing a strong digital acumen, understanding data and attribution modeling and most importantly focused on building a high performing team within the Houston marketplace.

The Senior Director of Strategic Sales will be responsible for leadership and direction within the strategic sales department. The right candidate will be accountable for overall and digital revenue performance within the strategic division as well as be responsible for setting and executive sales strategy within the team. What will you do?
- Coach and develop assigned sales team
- Proactively recruit top talent within the market
- End-to-End Sales process for assigned sellers.
- Achieve revenue performance within overall and digital goals
- Develop and commit to detailed sales plan aligned to period and quarterly targets.
- Creates and updates a pipeline utilizing salesforce.com.
- Interface with the internal presales and post sales teams identifying and qualifying the opportunity.
- Works with presales team to ensure client requirements are addressed.
- Effective communication and follow-up to ensure momentum is not lost (external and internal)
- Negotiates pricing based on Finance guidance.
- Negotiates contracts with Legal and company support.
- Attends conferences to help generate leads.
- Keeps up to date records of sales information.
What will it take to be successful?
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling media solutions, preferably in within large strategic verticals such as healthcare, medical, retail.
- Experience within Salesforce.com required.
- Experience and proven understanding and use of sales methodologies aimed at closing complex sales.
- Experience selling to "C-level" executives.
- Proven record of exceeding sales quota
- Competitive and driven.
- Google Analytics certifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills - ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Computer skills using SalesForce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel required.
