Founding Designer

FleetWorks is a vertical AI agent revolutionizing the outdated freight brokerage industry. To book just a single truckload of Coca-Cola from Atlanta to Chicago, a freight broker might have to send and receive up to 50 phone calls, emails, and text messages - often consuming hours of their day. FleetWorks automates this manual labor with a seamless, omni-channel AI platform.

Our product is trusted by many of the top 100 brokers in the U.S. This role is ideal if you're excited about logistics, passionate about AI-driven products, deeply invested in user-centric design, and ready to influence product decisions.

As an early designer at FleetWorks, you will shape the way users interact with our AI-driven platform, directly influence product strategy, conduct user research, and play a pivotal role in crafting our company culture.

About you:

• You have 3+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for complex software products. We also consider exceptional candidates with strong portfolios demonstrating outstanding design thinking, including previous startup founders or individuals with unconventional paths.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
