Pay Range: $36.88hr - $41.88hr

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physicians and medical staff with clinical instructions to ensure continuity of education and technical support related to all aspects of patient outcome throughout the continuum of care while anticipating and foreseeing obstacles and planning accordingly for smooth execution.
  • Advocate with clinicians to uncover other opportunities to expand the use for CC focused and core products.
  • Identify and train select hospital staff members to act as designated expert on the client products.
  • Collaborate with sales reps and managers to implement a strategic plan of action in their respective territory.
  • Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable.
  • Drive Sales Impact Through Clinical Expertise: Partner with territory managers and Regional Directors to support strategic selling efforts.
  • Deliver clinical value and support that will influence buying decisions and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Support Product Adoption: Assist with clinical evaluations and in-servicing to ensure a smooth transition from sale to standardization of care.
  • Help eliminate barriers to adoption by reinforcing product benefits and addressing clinician concerns.
  • Customer Engagement & Education: Conduct hands-on training sessions, hemodynamic classes, and case support for physicians, nurses, and other stakeholders, positioning our product as the gold standard in patient care.
  • Field Intelligence & Feedback: Gather insights from clinicians to help shape sales strategy and planning.
  • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with the Regional Director and Territory Managers during customer calls, demos, and value-based discussions to highlight clinical efficacy and differentiate our offerings.
Background and Skills Required:
  • 3 years of previous clinical experience in an acute care environment.
  • Associate's degree in nursing or related clinical field.
  • Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology.
  • Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Critical Care and/or Cardiac Clinical Experience - TVC, CV ICU, or CV OR nursing experience highly preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in a clinical or sales role within a Medical Device company.
  • Confirmed proficiency in presenting in front of other groups.
  • Shown leadership progressing within the Nursing field.
  • Proven ability to inspire change within their hospital/organization.
