The Customer Sales Analyst is an internal sales position that provides leadership to the sales team to ensure key functions are executed with excellence including leading forecasting, pricing, customer planning, trade efficiency, item maintenance, and SOP development and maintenance. This position will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, retail, and supply chain to ensure target delivery. This CSA specifically supports our Target Customer team, owning ~$550M in revenue for our US organization, overseeing all insights and reporting across the total KHC portfolio. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Lead key programs and initiatives with the Customer team to improve ways of working and efficiencies.
Work with Sales Analytical team to mine sales and consumer data and build presentations for both internal and external audiences.
Deliver sales forecasting efficiency with demand, supply, and sales by leading forecasting routines to identify key volume drivers and communicating material needs.
Administers volume and trade promotion spending levels within budget while managing trade dollars as percent of revenue for maximum results. Works with team to maximize invoice accuracy.
Pulls relevant information to build effective selling stories.
Develops impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business building initiatives.
Assist with regular category & business reviews with the field team to affect positive business growth.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
Experience with a corporate sales background with knowledge of business processes and Category Management
Ability to work within a Customer Business Team framework, applying a customer-first mentality for effective customer management & proactivity to achieve objectives
Ability to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities when performing work
o Strong analytical skills; Use and understanding of syndicated data and panel data; develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance and influences customer to achieve category objectives.
o Proven communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) for both internal & external outputs
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is a hybrid role, and is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires the ability to work a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

Operate a computer and view screens for ~100% of work schedule

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
