As an Outside Sales/Roofing Leads Runner, you'll focus on converting pre-qualified company-generated leads while also tapping into your own network and leveraging jobsite canvassing. This is a high-energy role with high-reward potential for those driven by goals, equipped with roofing knowledge, and hungry for success in a values-driven company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run pre-set appointments for roofing, gutters, and insulation sales
  • Generate additional business through jobsite canvassing and personal networking
  • Conduct video-based roof inspections; must be comfortable climbing roofs
  • Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism
  • Exceed individual sales goals through strong follow-up, closing skills, and ethics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish
  • Represent the company positively in every interaction and promote our mission


Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of roofing or home improvement sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong canvassing, prospecting, and networking skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and goal-driven with strong ethics
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Must be tech-savvy and proficient in mobile software and video tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and Saturdays
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background check
