Overview:

The eCommerce Senior Manager will be responsible for managing StriVectin US and UK Skincare brand properties with a focus on driving dramatic revenue growth through ongoing eCommerce enhancements and optimizations with emphasis on building brand equity and sales performance. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, manage and thrive within a high growth, fast paced eCommerce skincare business.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Defines eCommerce optimization goals, scope, and timelines, and determines implementation options. Sets the optimization roadmap and oversees third party resources/vendors for web development
    • Owns digital projects and ongoing website maintenance for bug fixes and new development tasks. Understands and provides SEO recommendations on all web projects and campaigns to drive organic search traffic to website.
    • Leads and coaches a team of one merchandiser to monitor daily sales, create, and share reporting eCommerce activity, focusing on important KPIs such as UPT, AOV, LTV, Reviews, User Experience, Loyalty and Site Speed and Performance.
    • Drives performance and revenue goals for brand properties through managing web development, integrations, personalization and A/B testing, and mobile/desktop UX.
    • Project manages and oversees all implementation for new and existing technology and third party applications.
    • Performs regular audits of website to discover bugs and review site content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevancy.
    • Collaborates with IT and customer service on day to day tasks including order fulfillment and operational duties from a Shopify / OMS/ ERP POV
    • Collaborates with Creative Team (UX/UI) to improve user experience and create ongoing UX/UI enhancements. Partners with Digital Marketing to launch new site side initiatives that reinforces key brand focuses, key products, and brand values through site enhancements.

    • Conducts competitive eCommerce research and monitor competitive brand activity, review digital touch points, propose action plans, and identify opportunities for sales growth whilst staying abreast of beauty industry trends and emerging eCommerce technologies.
    • Stay up to date on the latest developments in all-relevant aspects of digital technology and understand the ROI, cost implication and implementation strategy.

Requirements / Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 8+ years of experience in eCommerce; Experience in Shopify / SFCC
    • Thorough understanding of end-to-end eCommerce processes inclusive of website infrastructure, content management and customer-facing functionality.
    • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively and actively with creative and development teams.
    • Ability to take analytical insights and convert into actionable results.
    • Capable of multitasking and effectively apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
