Job Summary:

The Director of Technology Adoption & Readiness will lead the adoption, optimization, and integration of IT systems across Care New England's healthcare facilities.

This position partners closely with clinical operational, and IT leaders to ensure technologies are fully utilized, user engagement is maximized, and workflows support strategic goals.

The role oversees change management, training coordination, workflow performance monitoring, and organizational readiness for technology-driven transformation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee governance and optimization of IT Systems, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Partner with training teams to develop onboarding and role-specific training for clinical and non-clinical staff.

Collaborate with the EPMO to lead change management efforts related to new technology rollouts and workflow changes.

Support managers and clinical teams in adapting to new systems through coaching and continuous learning.

Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for improvement through performance metrics.

Report on employee adoption, satisfaction, and ROI of IT investments to executive leadership.

Ensure alignment with the EPIC Stars program to enhance clinical outcomes and operational performance.

Promote stabilization and continuous improvement through evidence-based practices.

Build partnerships with department super users and key stakeholders for seamless system integration

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business operations, nursing or a related field required, master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or clinical settings, including IT adoption and change management.

Experience with Epic or other healthcare IT platforms preferred.

Proven success in leading change management and IT optimization initiatives across multi-functional teams.

Epic certifications preferred.

Expertise in IT workflow design, training programs, and change movement

Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across all levels.

Strong analytical abilities and experience in benchmarking and data-driven decision making.

In-depth understanding of healthcare operations, clinical systems, and organized dynamics
