About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Video Producer to lead the creation of compelling video content that powers our brand storytelling, product marketing, and customer engagement efforts. From ideation through delivery, you'll oversee video projects of various sizes, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders and managing both internal and external resources.
The ideal candidate is equal parts creative thinker and operational executor - someone who understands the role of video in modern marketing and knows how to turn ideas into high-impact, multi-use assets that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end production of diverse video projects - from short-form content to social assets to motion-based advertising - ensuring strategic alignment, creative excellence, and on-time delivery.
Develop and manage efficient production workflows, schedules, and budgets, ensuring high-quality output at every stage.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to produce content that supports campaign objectives and resonates with target audiences.
Work with multidisciplinary creative teams - including producers, editors, designers, and animators - to bring concepts to life and maintain brand consistency.
Manage external production partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with creative direction, timelines, and quality standards.
Use data-driven insights and performance metrics to iterate and optimize creative output.
Drive innovation through the use of AI tools, localization systems, and modular content strategies.
Travel Requirement:
This role involves travel. Candidates must be comfortable working in new geographies and adapting quickly to diverse environments. On-location shoots, regional customer stories, and in-field productions are part of the job - a flexible, collaborative mindset and ability to operate independently on the road are essential.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience producing video content for marketing, brand, or product campaigns.
Demonstrated success creating projects across formats and regions.
Experience working with multidisciplinary creative teams and managing production budgets of varying sizes.
Strong understanding of brand storytelling, marketing strategy, and content production best practices.
Experience with versioning for multi-language deliverables and regional adaptation.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Technical Skills:
Understanding of workflows in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Technical experience with DaVinci Resolve, RED CINE-X, and content platforms such as LucidLink
Familiarity with production management tools, digital asset management systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Bonus points for experience with AI tools (e.g., GPT, MidJourney) in creative pipelines
Nice to Have:
Background in SaaS, Tech, or eCommerce
Experience developing stackable content - projects that generate multiple assets tailored for different platforms and touchpoints
Familiarity with content-based lead generation and performance-driven marketing strategies
