Alt / Project Manager

Looking for the next big step in your mining career? This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role with the right backing behind you at a well established, foundational mine. Ideal for Project Captains, Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, UG Manager or Supervisors and more.

What we're looking for:

• 8-10+ years underground hard rock mining experience (development and production)
• Leadership experience - formal or informal - with a strong interest in growing further
• Solid understanding of underground operations, mine planning, equipment, and ground conditions
• Exposure to managing contractors, production targets, safety systems, and cost control
• Comfortable working closely with clients, supervisors, and site crews
• Experience in Canadian Mining Assets - you must be a resident
• Engineering qualification or similar technical background preferred

The role will be FIFO, with short 1:1 or 2:2 roster, ideally out of Marathon but they are open to FIFO across Canada.
