Job Title: Vice President, National Accounts - North America
Location: Atlanta metro preferred (Remote OK, with moderate travel)

RIB is seeking a strategic and driven Vice President of National Accounts to launch and lead our National Accounts team in North America. This leader will drive the go-to-market strategy for a unique and transformative new software solution, while also scaling adoption of our proven platforms across a large, established customer base.
The focus will be on high-value solution sales to:
We're looking for someone with a deep track record of selling to or working within BPMs, and experience managing national-level sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and complex value propositions. This person will play a hands-on role in early wins while building and coaching a high-performance sales team.

- Building product manufacturers (BPMs) - a top priority for this role
- Architectural and engineering firms - specification authors and workflow decision-makers
- Owners - who rely on both specification and cost estimation tools
- Contractors - primarily cost estimation clients
We're looking for someone with a deep track record of selling to or working within BPMs, and experience managing national-level sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and complex value propositions. This person will play a hands-on role in early wins while building and coaching a high-performance sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and scale the National Accounts team, starting with a focus on top-tier BPMs
- Drive adoption of a new-to-market software solution while growing our existing product suite across North America
- Personally lead sales efforts with strategic clients and support team members through complex opportunities
- Build a repeatable go-to-market approach for new customer acquisition and expansion within an existing national customer base
- Hire, lead, and mentor a team of National Account Directors, with a culture of performance, accountability, and client success
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success teams to align around BPM and AEC market needs
- Champion customer feedback internally, especially from BPMs, to influence roadmap and messaging
- Own forecasting, pipeline development, and sales reporting for national accounts
Essential requirements
- 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 3+ years in a sales leadership role
- Strong background selling to or working directly with building product manufacturers
- Proven ability to lead long-cycle, consultative sales processes resulting in $1M+ annual subscription deals
- Experience launching new technology solutions and scaling adoption across national-level accounts
- Familiarity with AEC workflows including specification development and cost estimation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to build and scale high-performing teams
- High comfort level in face-to-face client engagement and deal-making
- Willingness to travel as needed across North America
