Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Global Accounts Receivable (GAR) team to lead the development and management of our AR tools portfolio. The ideal candidate should combine strategic product vision with hands-on execution capabilities, demonstrating commitment to customer success and operational excellence. This role requires collaboration with both finance and technology teams. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence cross - functional stakeholders effectively. Key job responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from research to launch
Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and requirements based on AR strategic objectives
Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and customer insights
Transform product strategy into detailed technical requirements for engineering teams
Create thorough Business Requirement Documents to guide application development
Establish and maintain feedback systems for continuous product improvement
Coordinate cross-functional priorities and manage project timelines effectively
Lead stakeholder engagement at all levels through structured daily to quarterly updates
Collaborate with technology teams on backlog management and roadmap execution
Partner with reporting teams to develop metrics, requirements, and tracking systems
Oversee migration from legacy systems to new tools, including testing and validation
Create and update comprehensive documentation and training materials
Drive tool adoption through strategic change management initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of product management experience

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
