As our National Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Luna Grill's expansion into the sports and education markets. You'll develop and execute powerful sales strategies, build lasting partnerships, and elevate client satisfaction-while staying true to our mission of real food, real passion, and real connections.

What You'll Do:
- Lead the charge in growing revenue through new and existing partnerships in the sports
- Cultivate deep relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and standout experiences
- Create, track, and close high-impact sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Restaurant Support Center (RSC), District Managers, and General Managers to identify local market opportunities
- Conduct Lunch-n-Learns, participate in community organizations, and be a visible advocate for the Luna brand
- Build, coach, and support restaurant teams with sales enablement and training
- Analyze data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize results
- Represent Luna at industry events and engage key stakeholders to grow market share
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of sales experience-bonus points if it's in a sports environment or you're a former D1 college/pro semi-pro athlete
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- A proven track record in client development, lead generation, and closing deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-you know how to make a pitch AND build a relationship
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills
- A self-starter attitude with a deep love for teamwork, community, and fueling people with purpose
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary range: $95,000-$110,000, depending on experience
- Competitive bonus structure tied to performance and growth
