Location: Sacramento ( Rancho Cordova)
First-Year OTE: $175,000-$250,000+ (no limit), Year 2 and beyond $250,000 - Unlimited

We are in search of a driven, energetic, and motivational Regional Sales Manager ready to lead a high-performing team in a booming industry. The Sky is the limit for the right individual.
What You will Do:
As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales operations within your branch while building and scaling a successful sales team. You will collaborate with production and administrative teams, drive revenue growth, and shape a culture of performance, professionalism, and customer-first service. You will help grow and develop new satellite branches throughout the territory and achieve budgeted sales goals - and be well compensated for your efforts when you succeed.

What You will Do:
As Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee all sales operations within your branch while building and scaling a successful sales team. You will collaborate with production and administrative teams, drive revenue growth, and shape a culture of performance, professionalism, and customer-first service. You will help grow and develop new satellite branches throughout the territory and achieve budgeted sales goals - and be well compensated for your efforts when you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of outside representees, collaborate with administrative and production support teams.
- Recruit, interview and onboard - new Sales Representatives to expand capacity.
- Train and develop team members using K-Designers' proven systems and sales process.
- Ensure all sales reps are hitting KPIs, closing deals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Personally run 20+ leads per month with new, and existing, Sales Reps to maintain bonus eligibility and direct engagement.
- Submit weekly reports to Home Office summarizing lead activity and results.
- Represent and enforce all K-Designers' policies and procedures.
- Inspire enthusiasm, urgency, and professionalism across your team and with customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales; direct "B2C" sales is a strong plus
- 1+ year experience managing a sales team of 5+ reps
- History of success and achievement in previous sales or leadership roles
- Strong leadership, motivation, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Must be purposeful, results-driven, money-motivated, and systems-oriented
- Meeting with customers during office hours and occassional evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday; occasionally, Monday-Thursday & Saturday
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to support your team
- Local travel only - no overnights required
