Drywall Estimator/Project Manager

We are a 50 year old commercial drywall subcontractor with multiple locations across the Midwest actively looking for an experience Drywall Estimator/Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX.

What you'll be doing:
- Project management on commercial drywall & acoustical ceiling projects
- Managing pricing, submittals, material procurement & scheduling of awarded projects
- Responsible for the overall success of a construction project
- Provide exceptional client service
- Provide management of project budget, schedule & quality
- Oversee contractual requirements & documentation

What you need:
- 3+ years Estimating & Project Management experience
- Experience running multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, etc.
- Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall & acoustical systems
- Experience with projects $1M+
- Excellent math & organizational skills
- Great leadership & communication skills
