What would you do as a Sales Manager
As a new Sales Manager at WebCE, your day-to-day expectations will revolve around guiding and inspiring your B2B sales team. You'll start each day by analyzing performance metrics and evaluating ongoing strategies to ensure your team is on track to meet their targets. Expect to engage in consultative coaching sessions, where you'll mentor your team members and motivate them to leverage tools like Zoho CRM, Salesloft and Knowledgenet for workflow optimization. Your leadership will be crucial as you set quotas, forecast sales figures, and track progress against KPIs. You'll host team meetings to discuss insights and share best practices while addressing any challenges.
Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, encompassing 40 hours of dynamic engagement, collaboration, and innovation! Get ready to immerse yourself in a culture that values adaptability and excellence as you lead your team to success!

Proficiency with CRM tools will be vital for tracking performance and managing workflows. Your experience should highlight your ability to lead a team with a consultative sales approach rather than a transactional one.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for analyzing metrics and ensuring every target is met. You must be reliable, independent, and possess outstanding leadership skills, driving results with strong analytical capabilities. Finally, your ability to communicate effectively-both verbally and in writing-with team members and stakeholders at all levels will ensure a collaborative and productive environment.
A solid foundation working with, or supporting, firms in the insurance or securities industry, would accelerate understanding our clients' needs, as would inside sales experience with SaaS products.

- Insurance industry experience such as agency management
- Experience using and sharing knowledge in a proven sales methodology such as GAP/Sandler/RAIN/etc.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)
- Experience with business intelligence and prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, Knowledgenet, and Salesloft is preferred
- 3-5 years of sales management experience
- Focus on driving sales team objectives for multiple products
- Experience managing, training and mentoring a team that focuses on a consultative sales approach vs transactional approach
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently and manage a hybrid workforce
- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to adeptly communicate with team and all levels of the organization
- Possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
