Senior Procurement Operations Analyst

A Brief Overview
This position is a critical member of the Procurement Operations team and will be accountable for leading key strategic and operational aspects throughout the P2P lifecycle supporting leadership and business partners. This role will be a mix of operations expertise, data analysis and technology and relationship management. The Sr Procurement Operations Analyst will also serve as the primary point of contact for first line of escalations and service-related issues. Qualified candidate should be results driven, detailed-oriented, and proficient in long range strategic planning and one who thrives in a team based, dynamic and evolving environment.

What you will do
Coordinate Procurement Operations resources to support end-to-end procure-to-pay process including ticket management, Third-Party Lifecycle process, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Engagement, and Critical issue Management.
Researches, analyzes, coordinates, and responds to incoming inquiries and provides status updates on open requests.
Provides P2P support including educating purchasers on procurement requirements, tools and systems, procedures and policies. Develops and delivers training and assistance to users answering questions and requests for assistance. Provides information and explanations regarding software, applications, and operations.
Support internal audit and external audit requests for the controls and compliance program.
Maintains reporting including extracting and analyzing data from various sources, preparing reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for dissemination to management and partners.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement performance, analyzing data to assist leadership with making informed decisions.
Demonstrates superior data analysis as well as building and maintaining dashboards to track key operational indicators, pulling insights from the data to help develop and drive future goals for operational enhancements that improve program, user experience and/or business outcomes.
Conduct on-going analysis of Procurement reporting to identify defective trends, continuous process improvement and automation opportunities.
Translates voice of customer into process evolutions to be incredibly responsive to business's needs and to improve operational impacts on user experience, user satisfaction, as well as other business outcomes.
Responsible for identifying process issues and submitting ideas with technology partners to improve or automate the user experience.
Participate in project management activities, program development efforts, process enhancement initiatives, and compliance management efforts intended to facilitate achievement of objectives.
Maintains department SharePoint site, including monitoring active links and ensuring messages are up-to-date; posts requests from Procurement teams for new or edited content on a timely basis.
Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience Qualifications
Typically 5+ years experience in a procurement operations role with a strong focus on administrating the use of procurement tools and systems, with a customer service excellence focus. required
Demonstrated experience in Organizational Change and high comfort level with ambiguity required

Strong documentation (e.g., process flow, policies and procedures, system/process testing scripts) skills.

Strong inquiry management and customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

Deep technical capability along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to understands the full P2P cycle quickly.
Ability to communicate across multiple organizations and levels, fostering and developing a strong working relationship with key cross-functional working areas to ensure stakeholders needs are taken into consideration.
Licenses and Certifications
Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt preferred

The salary range for this role is $69,200.00 to $138,500.00. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
