SummaryThe Systems Administrator oversees all user and technical account management at Wyld. This role is responsible for the security and management of Wyld's devices, users, software systems, and networks. The Systems Administrator will be critical in implementing and integrating enterprise systems and associated subsystems by instilling trust, actively leading, and thinking strategically. The Systems Administrator will be both resilient and able to rebound in response to changing priorities through creative problem-solving, skillful communication, and systemic thinking. They will manage the complexity of driving the vision, purpose, and results for the technical teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT project coordination and a solid technical background.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

User and Account Management:
  • Manage and oversee all user accounts, primarily using Microsoft 365 and Azure.
  • Plan, secure, and supervise the company's users and various systems.
  • Manage user permissions and groups, including maintaining SCIM connections for provisioning users in various applications through groups.
  • Assist in negotiating technical contracts and licensing agreements.

    System and Network Management:
  • Implement and integrate enterprise systems and associated subsystems.
  • Develop and maintain standards for users/systems across all departments.
  • Create and maintain device policies and deployment profiles in Intune.
  • Maintain and update software and patch devices through Intune.
  • Network administration of firewalls.

    Security and Compliance:
  • Implement and maintain SAML certificates and expirations for SSO.
  • Create and maintain Conditional Access policies.
  • Monitor and update mail filters.
  • Oversee security policies and protocols.

    Project Management:
  • Provide project management and direction for user migrations, implementations, on-boards, and off-boards.
  • Work closely across departments to meet needs and manage various integrations.
  • Develop preventative maintenance schedules for all technical hardware and software.
  • Review and develop SOPs and other technical documentation for end users.

    Communication and Collaboration:
  • Clearly communicate with departments, ensuring strategic information is funneled to the appropriate team members.
  • Develop Best Practices/Standardized templates for users.

    Additional Responsibilities:
  • Audit all users and system licensing for inaccuracies and inefficiencies.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline IT and business processes.
  • Respond to on-call issues and perform off-hours maintenance as needed.
  • Respond to escalations from helpdesk members.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Oversee data backup and recovery processes to protect against data loss.


Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 6+ years of experience in Technology role with a heavy focus on implementation and teams across wide geographical areas and building technological infrastructure to scale.
  • Demonstrates fierce ownership and a growth mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and effective communication skills.
  • History of actively seeking better ways to utilize technological resources.
  • Expert level knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. Specifically, Microsoft 365, Windows, iOS, Android, Microsoft Azure, Intune, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.
  • Exceptional team player attitude, unafraid of rolling up the sleeves when necessary.
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet, and problem solve effectively.
  • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Will be required to submit to a background check.
  • Must obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications.
  • Travel between sites will be required.


Benefits

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a yearly salary of $80,000-95k/yr paid biweekly, overtime, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
