Responsibilities:
The RF and System Performance team is responsible for designing and optimizing wireless network in the Washington/Baltimore/Virginia submarket. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
The RF and System Performance team is responsible for designing and optimizing wireless network in the Washington/Baltimore/Virginia submarket. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal Engineering and Network Assurance teams to ensure optimal network performance for external customers.
- Working with Sales, Device, Network Planning, Territory Planning, and Service Performance teams to develop and distribute buildable plans.
- Utilizing strong analytical skills to create multiyear network plans, including 5G (mmWave and C-Band) strategy and deployment planning.
- Developing guidance for building a network that supports both mobile and fixed wireless users, requiring knowledge of RAN coverage modeling, RAN capacity planning, RF link budgets, and customer experience.
- Leveraging analytics and automation to provide consistent, accurate, and actionable guidance/modeling to various business units.
- Utilizing business intelligence tools, scripting, and Google suite tools to effectively communicate information.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and KPI dashboards using current technologies.
- Source data and analyze trends across diverse metrics.
- Design, develop, and maintain Data KPI databases and platforms.
- Articulate patterns/trends by creating meaningful representations of data.
- Ensure report validation and audits to maintain data integrity.
- Develop ad-hoc reporting as requested.
- Experience with QGIS, ArcGIS, or other geospatial analysis applications.
- Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, Alteryx, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and organize data and develop recommendations.
- Familiarity with internal tools used in network design and build processes: Fuze Planning/SPM, VPI, ACP, xLPT, TrueCall.
- Familiarity with database structures and tools necessary to access data from data warehouses and combine it with other sources.
- Strong understanding of wireless network design and optimization, with experience in System Performance or RF Design.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
