As a Sr. Supply Planner here atHoneywell, you will be accountable for optimizing our supply chain operationsfor the AIS North America and Europe Distribution Network while supportingSupply Planning for key LOBs. Leveraging your expertise in supply chainmanagement and experience in supply planning, you will spearhead thedevelopment and implementation of strategies to optimize inventory levels andmeet customer demand. Your role in collaborating with cross-functional teamswill ensure accurate demand forecasting, supply planning, and performancemonitoring, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Through theidentification and implementation of process improvements, you will elevate theoverall efficiency of our supply chain, positioning it for sustained success.
You will report directly to our Supply Chain Director, and you'll be able work out ofour Morris Plains, New Jersey, Houston, TX, or Charlotte, NC locations.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supplychain operations, ensuring its resilience and adaptability in a dynamicbusiness landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to drive standard processes and ensureadherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model for Supply/Inventory Planning.
- Guide the monthly planning cycle for the North America and Europe DistributionNetwork, ensuring finished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximumcustomer satisfaction.
- Lead SIOP supply planningprocess, including translation of demand plan into feasible supply planrequirements
- Capacity planning (assets,materials supply, contract manufacturers)
- Identify and escalate materialsconstraints with procurement for resolution
- Facilitate and drive a positive workingenvironment and culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Facilitate the development of the supply planning team through training,coaching, and mentoring.
- Translate business objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve businessgoals and create a performance-driven advantage in the product portfolio.

YOUMUST HAVE
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, operationsplanning/scheduling, materials management, or other Sales Inventory andOperations Planning related functional areas.
- Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APOmodule)
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
- APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent people-oriented skills with strong verbal and written communicationskills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multitask,prioritize, and delegate.
- Ability to work with both internal and external customers.
