This role develops Digital Commercial programs, internal and external relationships, and processes that drive sales, margin, and share for Amazon US and Amazon Canada. This role requires a self-starter who enjoys the daily challenge of managing all aspects of an D2C ecomm business.

Responsibilities
- Oversee seller/vendor accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
- Maintain the overall health of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
- Resolve performance issues and address policy violations promptly.
- Implement and maintain brand stores, product detail pages, and enhanced content.
- Ensure all product listings are aligned with brand guidelines and Amazon compliance.
- Monitor sales, conversion rates, ad performance and customer feedback to maximize revenue.
- Prepare reports with actionable insights to improve product performance and account operations.
- Address customer inquiries, handling negative feedback, and improving ratings.
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
- Previous amazon account management experience
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with support teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing account health issues.
