Salary commensurate upon skill set, experience and competency in similar role(s)

This position will provide operational leadership and daily direction for the Cash Management Services (CMS).

Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional services to banks, commercial and corporate customers. Ensure customer SLAs are maintained at the high-level of standards.
  • Ensure accountability and security of all funds transiting the department.
  • Serve as liaison with the Federal Reserve Bank, banks, thrift charters and commercial customers to identify and resolve problems
  • Ensure that operating systems and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Develop plans to reduce or eliminate operational efficiencies. Ensure branch and corporate KPI's are sustain with higher standards.
  • Develop and maintain a quality team, through employee engagement and performance management.
  • Responsible for maintaining higher standards in (CCA) Cash Compliance audit and Customer external audits.
  • Ensure all employees are meeting company and branch metric standards, policies at all times. Hold employees accountable for any deviation through coaching, training and progressive discipline.
  • Conduct employee meeting including safety, security and any company related information's.
  • Support Branch Manager with tasks related to CMS and/or Branch operating procedures.
  • Full responsible of controllable expense and ensure they are managed to meet Branch budget.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a cash vault banking industry.
  • College degree is preferred
  • Loomis systems knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills (verbal & written) required
  • Background/experience in a leadership, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with process flow, project management.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for Company, District and/or Customer meetings/events


Essential Functions/Job Qualifications:As part of the qualification process for the Cash Management Services Teller position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas:
  • Lift:
    - 2lbs vertical lift from 36 inches to 52 inches from the floor (15X)
    - 25lbs vertical lift from 8 inches to 33 inches from the floor (1X)
    - 18lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 36 inches from the floor (5X)
    - 2lbs vertical lift from 7 inches to 62 inches from the floor (17X)
  • Lift-Carry:
    - 30lbs vertical lift from 8 inches to 40 inches from the floor, and horizontally transfer 10ft (1X)
  • Push-Pull:
    - Horizontally transfer 47lbs of force on a sled (single, non-dominant arm), a distance of 1ft (1X)
  • Repetitive Coupling:
    - Squeeze Jamar Hand Dynamometer requiring forces up to 30lbs / both right & left hands (17X each)
