- Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate operational challenges into user-centric digital solutions using the Tulip platform.
- Design workflows, dashboards, and real-time data visualizations for frontline operators.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure ROI on Tulip app deployments.
- Design, configure, and deploy applications using Tulip's no-code/low-code development tools.
- Integrate Tulip with ERP, MES, IoT devices, and other enterprise systems via APIs and connectors.
- Manage data models and develop custom scripts for business logic as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize app performance.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in Tulip environment setups.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital manufacturing, IT/OT systems, or industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience with Tulip and similar low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, PowerApps).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (Lean, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0 concepts).
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, REST, JavaScript, and/or Python is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tulip certification or prior experience deploying Tulip at scale.
- Experience with MES, SCADA, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of IIoT, OPC-UA, MQTT, and shop floor data integration
