Job Title: National Accounts Director - North America
Location: REMOTE - Atlanta metro preferred

As a National Accounts Director, you'll be directly responsible for generating new business and expanding existing relationships with key enterprise accounts. Reporting to the Vice President of National Accounts, you will focus on building and maintaining strategic relationships with:
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you'll be responsible for generating revenue through direct sales efforts, including managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing large deals (typically 500 k+ in annual subscription revenue).

Job Title: National Accounts Director - North America

As a National Accounts Director, you'll be directly responsible for generating new business and expanding existing relationships with key enterprise accounts. Reporting to the Vice President of National Accounts, you will focus on building and maintaining strategic relationships with:
- Architectural and engineering design firms - who author and manage specifications
- Building product manufacturers - who influence the specification process and integrate product data
- Owners - who require both specification tools and cost estimation solutions to drive project success
- Contractors - who utilize cost estimation tools for project budgeting and execution
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you'll be responsible for generating revenue through direct sales efforts, including managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing large deals (typically 500 k+ in annual subscription revenue).
Key responsibilities
- Own the sales cycle from initial lead generation through closing for new enterprise clients
- Manage and expand relationships with key national accounts within the AEC space
- Lead face-to-face client meetings and presentations to C-level and senior executives
- Collaborate with the VP of National Accounts to align strategies and execute account plans
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure successful account management and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities while managing accurate forecasts
- Achieve and exceed sales targets related to new customer acquisition and account growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform sales strategy
Essential requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, construction technology, or related industries
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, particularly in selling high-value software solutions
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, construction)
- Familiarity with construction specifications, cost estimation processes, or building product selection
- Strong sales process discipline, with the ability to build and manage a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts
- Executive presence and the ability to negotiate and close deals with C-level stakeholders
- Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to travel moderately across North America
