The Business Analyst role supports Automation solutions across Teachers Federal Credit Union. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology, driving innovation and process optimization. Collaborating with stakeholders and the IT Automation technical team you will aid in the design of impactful solutions and lead the charge in transforming idea's into successful projects.

The good faith range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business analysis, business administration, finance or technology related field or eight years' experience in a related field required
- Minimum four years experience in automation solutions experience required
- Techno-functional, Automation domain expertise preferred
- Experience with Automation RPA technologies such as Microsoft Power Apps, Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere preferred
- Experience in quality assurance, business process design, and project lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Clarity and Confluence preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and interpret manual business processes to identify opportunities for automation, gather and document requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation of business processes and requirements and ensure that solution requirements are clearly communicated to the development team for implementation.
- Facilitate prioritization for projects, track, manage and socialize the product release schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy.
- Oversee the solution rollout for new Automation Initiatives, specifically the Power Automate solution, playing an integral role in building a democratized model of citizen developers to expand the automation community.
- Responsible for the communication, knowledge transfer, training, value metrics, reporting for all Automation platforms across the organization, acting as the evangelist for the automation across the organization.
- Performs other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor
