As an AVP, Associate Wealth Advisor, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing client relationships, providing exceptional client service, acting as a trusted liaison, and executing complex financial transactions with a commitment to excellence and confidentiality. You will partner with Private Wealth Advisors, Financial Planners, Wealth Investments and Operations to serve our client families, ensuring their goals are met with the utmost care and professionalism.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Portfolio Management & Investment Strategy
- Design and implement customized investment strategies across public and private markets that align with client objectives.
- Develop Investment Policy Statements, formulate asset allocations, and monitor portfolios with timely adjustments based on evolving market conditions.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic outlooks, and internal research; actively participate in investment committee discussions.
- Incorporate tax, estate, and philanthropic considerations into portfolio strategies, collaborating with internal specialists as needed.
- Contribute to strategic asset allocation decisions impacting client portfolios.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Serve as a senior voice within the Wealth investment team, helping guide investment philosophy and implementation.
- Act as a thought leader on portfolio strategy, sharing insights and driving consistency across client-facing advisors.
- Collaborate closely with private wealth advisors and planning teams to support investment-related conversations and ensure a unified client experience.
- Mentor junior professionals by modeling best practices in research, analytics, and investment communication, fostering development across the team.
- Contribute to the evolution of investment processes and tools to improve efficiency, insight, and scale within the wealth platform.
Firm Engagement & Business Development Support
- Support the development of proposals and presentations for prospective and existing clients, contributing investment insights and strategy design.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives that enhance investment capabilities, client experience, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business development and relationship teams to refine positioning and deliver compelling investment narratives.
- Additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, MBA preferred.
Licenses/Certifications Required
- CFA or CFP preferred.
Minimum Specific Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience in wealth or portfolio management, with a strong foundation in investment strategy and asset allocation.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
WHO YOU ARE
- Broad knowledge of capital markets, investment vehicles, and portfolio construction frameworks, including experience with alternative investments.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable strategies and communicate clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership within investment or advisory teams, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and an advisor-supportive approach grounded in thoughtful analysis and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and investment systems; CRM and reporting platform familiarity is a plus.
- Professional presence, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for delivering thoughtful investment solutions.
- You are a mature, polished professional with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.
