The Sales Manager will be responsible for distribution, national accounts, corporate headquarters, and buying group channels in the following markets: foodservice, industrial, aerospace, automotive, and janitorial wipes. Incumbent will represent Magnera's portfolio of institutional wipes, maintaining full responsibility managing existing and new account growth for the Critical Cleaning organization. The Regional Manager will report directly to the Sales Director, North America. Incumbent will be successful in the first year as the number of new customers growth, and revenue / EBITDA in existing ones.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for distribution channel, effectively managing accounts and increasing SOW
- Build growth strategy with actions and deadlines to enhance relationships with existing customers and converting volume, while better serve customer's needs
- Seek for opportunities to expand product portfolio offerings to existing customers and develop new channels of sales.
- Respond customer inquiries regarding product line, pricing structure, policies and procedures, as well as other general company information
- Manage the account, from credit, logistic, quality and complaints, facilitating the process with key internal functions, aiming for prompt solutions
- Learn the product specifications and leverage internal resources, as needed, to train end users and sell the unique benefits for customers satisfactions and needs
- Attend industry trade shows and events as appropriate for new customers growth
- Effectively resolve controversial service issues in a positive, professional manner
- Maintain effective, strong relationships with sales, customer service, customers and operations teams using well developed verbal and written skills
- Prepare customer analytics, managing data related to sales volumes, order patterns for existing customers, call reports, sample request, volume forecast, growth accomplishments and opportunities.
- Travel: approximately 45%

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing or related field.
- 8-10 years of experiences working in Sales field
- Background and experience working within the non-woven industry is preferred.
- Experience working within the automotive or aerospace industry is preferred.
