As Sr. Asset Management Administrator I, you'll be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of organizational assets, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance across hardware and software inventories. You'll also support procurement, deployment, and disposal processes while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity.

What you'll do:
- You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and physical assets, from acquisition to disposal.
- You will maintain accurate asset inventories and ensure data integrity within asset management systems.
- You will coordinate with procurement to track asset purchases and cost allocations.
- You will monitor compliance with asset management policies, licensing agreements, and audit requirements.
- You will analyze asset data to identify trends, optimize usage, and support budgeting decisions.
- You will facilitate asset audits and physical inventory checks to validate records and resolve discrepancies.
- You will collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to ensure effective deployment and return of assets.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You have an active Secret Security Clearance or higher
- You have a bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- You have strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, including procurement, tracking, and disposal.
- You have proficiency in using asset management systems and tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
- You have the ability to develop and maintain accurate asset inventories, reports, and compliance documentation.
- You have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when managing hardware and software assets.
- You must have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
