Description:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President for External Relations (SVPER), the Senior Director of Principal Gifts is a senior member of the Temple University Health System External Relations team who works closely with the Director of Fox Chase Cancer Center, senior and other leadership, faculty, clinicians, donors and prospective donors to execute the strategic vision, planning and execution of philanthropic research priorities in support of the mission and growth of TUHS with a primary focus within Fox Chase Cancer Center. The Senior Director will cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, corporations and foundations to secure significant philanthropic gifts annually based on a set of metrics that enhance research and related programming. This position requires strategic, results-driven leader with expertise in healthcare philanthropy, exceptional communication and writing skills and an inviolable commitment to advance TUHS mission of providing high-quality healthcare to all in need.
Education
Masters Degree : in related field (Required)
Experience
7 Years experience in Institutional Advancement/Fundraising (Required)
7 Years of experience in a clinical/medical fundraising setting (Required)
7 Years of experience in identifying donors (Required)
7 Years of experience in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors (Required)
